Nikki has been a school leader for over 20 years. She is passionate about school improvement particularly in supporting communities with elements of deprivation to ensure great education and opportunities are available for all.
Nikki has worked for Bridgwater and Taunton College Trust since it was founded in 2012 and held various leadership roles in various schools. She has been a governor for a local primary school for over a decade and is always looking for ways to study, expand her own knowledge, grow and develop.
A dance teacher and keen supporter of the arts, Nikki has been involved with many community arts associations and activities throughout her career to promote the arts in education and widen participation
