Rose began teaching in KS2 and has experienced teaching and learning internationally in South America and Australia. Recently, she has developed a keen interest and passion for Early Years. This crucial stage of learning and development fascinates her, and Rose became an Early Years Lead in 2017 to deepen her experience. Rose's knowledge and experience of Early Years within a whole school primary setting was utilised in the transition project of opening a new school setting - Maiden Beech Primary Academy in 2022. She has since become Head of School and is driven to create a fantastic community school that celebrates all of its learners and is aspirational for what they can achieve together.
